BREEZY BAY COTTAGE (part of Breezy Bay Condominium)
"Rules & Regulations"
A. Registration of Guests and Visitors. All
persons on Breezy Bay Condominium Property,
INCLUDING VISITORS, shall register. No guest
shall invite or permit other persons on resort
property without PRIOR REGISTRATION. GUESTS
THAT ALLOW UNREGISTERED VISITORS ON BREEZY
BAY CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY WILL BE EVICTED.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
B. Use of Facilities. The public facilities
located at Breezy Bay Condominium, including,
but not limited to, the beech, playground,
and docks are for the exclusive use of registered
guests and registered visitors only. The registered
guest shall not invite or permit any unregistered
persons on Breezy Bay Condominium property.
C. Maximum Persons per Cottage. A maximum
of 6 persons (4 ADULTS) per cottage, including
adults, children, and visitors, shall be allowed
on Breezy Bay Condominium property at any
time.
D. Rates. Rates are based on two persons per
cottage, including visitors. For each additional
adult or child, including visitors, add $10
per day.
E. Parking Space. Parking space for two personal
vehicles and one boat trailer are provided
free with each cottage. For each additional
vehicle or trailer add $10 per day. Large
trucks, buses, or motor homes shall not be
parked on Breezy Bay Condominium property.
F. Boat Docking. One boat docking space is
provided free with each cottage. For each
additional boat add $10 per day.
G. Pets. The guest or their invitee shall
not keep or permit to be kept on Breezy Bay
Condominium property any dog, cat, bird or
other animal.
H. Camping. Motor homes, pop up campers,
or the pitching of tents of any kind are not
permitted on Breezy Bay Condominium property.
I. Motorcycles, ATV's. The use of motorcycles,
gocarts, ATV's, or similar vehicles is not
permitted on Breezy Bay Condominium property.
J. Noise and Conduct. The activities and
conduct of guests and their children shall
be reasonable at all times and must not annoy
or disturb other guests or neighbors. Musical
instruments, TV's, radios, stereos, etc.,
are to be played at a volume that will not
annoy or disturb other persons. No basketball
or volleyball playing, loud talking, or other
activities that may be disturbing or annoying
to other guests shall be allowed between the
hours of 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.
K. Fireworks. Illegal fireworks, including
firecrackers, shall not be used on Breezy
Bay Condominium property at any time. Legal
fireworks are permitted only on July 1th –
July 8th, between the hours of 8 p.m. and
11:00 p.m.
L. Signs. The guest or their invitee shall
not show or place any signs or notices of
any type on Breezy Bay Condominium property.
M. Boating. Any person in a Breezy Bay Cottage
boat shall follow all Wisconsin boating regulations.
N. Children. Parents shall provide adult
supervision for their children at all times.
Children shall wear lifejackets on the docks.
Children shall not dive from the docks, climb
trees, or play on Robinson Road.
O. Safety. The guest shall not use charcoal
or gas grills on the wooden decks or within
four feet of a cottage. The guest shall not
use or store gasoline or other combustibles
in the cottage, in the storage space attached
to the cottage, or on the wooden decks. Campfires
are permitted only in designated fire rings.
P. Furniture and Equipment. Indoor furniture,
including sofa and chair cusions, shall not
be removed from inside the cottage. Grills
and lawn furniture shall not be taken off
property. Cushions shall not be removed from
patio furniture..
Q. Cleanliness. Carpets shall be vacuumed.
Dishes shall be washed. Stove, refrigerator,
and bathroom shall be left clean. Guest will
be charged for "extraordinary" cleaning
including spot removal from walls, furniture,
and carpets and stove and oven cleaning.
R. Check-out Time. Check out is anytime before
9:00 AM. Late check out charges are $.50 per
minute.
S. Damages. Except as prohibited by law, the
registered guest shall pay Breezy Bay Cottage
for costs to repair, replace or rebuild any
portion of the premises, furniture, or furnishings
damaged by the guest, or the guest's invitee.
All guests and visitors must abide by each
and all of the foregoing and understands that
failure to do so will result in their eviction
without refund.
