Guest Information & Policies
Maximum 6 persons (4 adults max) allowed
on property including guests and visitors.
Reservations and Advance Deposits: A minimum advance deposit payment of 50% of
the total rental rate is required
to secure your reservation. Your
reservation will be held 5 days pending receipt
of your advance deposit payment. Advance deposit
payments may be made by personal check, Paypal,
or credit card. Confirmation of your reservation
will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Advance
deposits are non-refundable unless the cancelled
cottage is re-rented for the entire period
originally reserved. If the cottage is re-rented,
the advance deposit will be refunded less
a $50.00 service charge. The refund will be
issued on your (cancelled) arrival date. No
refunds will be made for late arrivals or
early departures.
Damage/Security Deposit: A $250
security deposit shall be taken as a pre-authorization
on your Visa or MasterCard at the time of
check-in. This deposit will be used for any
additional charges such as damages to property,
lost keys, missing items, extra cleaning,
and late checkouts. Late checkouts are charged
at $30.00 per hour as our cleaning staff is
standing by. Guests shall be responsible for
any costs over and above the damage deposit
collected.
Check In/Payment: Your advance deposit
will guarantee your reservation. Full payment
for entire period reserved is due 14 days
in advance. No refunds for late arrivals or
early departures. We accept checks, cash,
or credit card (additional fees may apply).
Parking & Dock Space: Two parking
spaces and one dock space are provided free
with each cottage. A space for an empty boat
trailer is also available. Buses, motor homes,
camping trailers, or large trucks are not
allowed on Breezy Bay Condominium property.

- No Tents
